TreeHouse — Progress

TreeHouse is a next-gen mobile-first real estate app that replaces traditional search-and-listing with a chat-first conversational interface, AI-curated property results, and a buyer-agent matching engine ranked by hyper-local performance.

Unlike Zillow's listing-agent default, TreeHouse connects buyers directly with specialist buyer's agents, auto-binned into price-range tiers and ranked by demonstrated transaction history. Agents pay tier-stratified SaaS subscriptions for lead access + stats display.

This tracker measures progress across three cumulative release phases (V1 sandbox demo / Alpha live MLS + VOW / Full Launch ship-ready) AND across four build dimensions per sub-item: vision perfected, architecture + implementation choice locked, code built up, and test confidence. Cumulative semantics: Alpha % rolls up V1 progress + Alpha-additional scope; Launch % rolls up V1 + Alpha + Launch-additional. A later rung cannot regress below the earlier one unless added scope drags the average down.

Build dimensions (equal weights): V vision perfected A+I arch + implementation chosen C code built (0-100%) T test confidence (0-100)
